We are committed to producing products of the highest quality with a strong focus on sourdough bread and traditional preparation methods. All our loaves are handcrafted and baked in a stone floor oven.
Sourdough is made by naturally fermenting flour, water and a touch of salt. This fermentation process takes about 20 hours, compared to 3 hours for a regular yeast-based loaf. This is where the natural taste and aroma of our truly artisan products come from. An additional benefit is that this process allows us not to use any additional sugars, preservatives or additives. This is bread in its purest form.
